Uniform program onboarding (style lists, delivery schedule, reorder rules, stakeholder approvals)

What this service is

Uniform Program is a production-led system that locks uniform consistency across seasons and reorders. We build a single source of truth for your range (style master + artwork + specs), then apply repeat controls for sublimation, dye-lot matching, and greige fabric continuity so every bulk run and top-up matches the original approval—colour, hand-feel, fit, and finish.

Where brands use it

Teamwear and club uniforms (drops + top-ups), corporate and multi-site staff uniforms, sublimated performance kits, event/activation uniforms with fast repeats, and any program where season-to-season continuity matters (shade, trims, logos, sponsor layouts, and availability).

What you receive

A locked uniform style master (SKUs, colourways, sizes, role/team mapping), a sublimation production pack (panel maps, print templates, placement rules, print-ready standards), a colour + dye-lot control system (lab dip process, tolerances, lot tracking and holdbacks), a greige fabric specification (base cloth definition + approved alternates), and a reorder playbook (cut-offs, lead times, minimums, substitutions, and change control) with a QC checklist focused on uniform risks (shade drift, print variance, logo placement creep, trim swaps, and spec/version mistakes). A delivery schedule (drop calendar and reorder cadence) with order cut-offs, production lead times, and multi-site rollout sequencing where required.

How delivery works

We start by scoping your program (sites/teams, mandatory vs optional items, seasonality, and reorder cadence). Then we lock the style master and specifications, set your greige and colour standards (including lab dip approvals and tolerances), establish sublimation controls (templates, panel mapping, colour workflow, strike-offs), and implement dye-lot rules (lot planning, tracking, and reference holdbacks). Finally, we publish the reorder rules and approval gates so repeats run cleanly without spec drift—season after season.

What we need from you

Your current range list (or desired uniform build), brand assets and logo/sponsor rules, any existing tech packs or samples, your target colours (Pantone/physical standards if available), expected order volumes and reorder cadence, and stakeholder requirements (who approves styles, artwork, lab dips/strike-offs, samples, and bulk). If you already have a supplier, we’ll onboard them into the program; if not, we can work to your sourcing pathway.

FAQ

How do you keep uniforms consistent across seasons? By locking greige inputs, setting colour tolerances, using lab dip approvals, and enforcing dye-lot tracking + bulk holdbacks as references for repeats.
Do you manage sublimation? Yes — panel maps, templates, file standards, strike-offs, and repeat controls so prints match from run to run.
Why do colours change between orders? Dye-lot variation, changes in greige/base cloth, and uncontrolled process differences. This program is built to prevent those variables from drifting.
What is greige fabric? The undyed base cloth. If greige changes, shade, hand-feel, shrinkage, and sublimation print response can change too.
How do reorders work? We set clear reorder rules (cut-offs, lead times, minimums, substitution limits) plus stakeholder approvals and change control so repeats stay on-spec.
